At least 18 years of age, with a valid Florida ID or driver's license.
Eligible to pass a Florida Level 2 background screening, the state's highest level of background check for anyone working with vulnerable populations.
Reliable transportation and, for transportation-related roles, a clean driving record.
Able to provide employment history covering the prior two years, with any gaps explained.
Willing to complete required pre-service training before working directly with clients.
Patient, dependable, and genuinely comfortable supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
